Raised in a family of contractors, Alex developed industry expertise from an early age, learning firsthand from some of the best in the field. His dedication to his son and his company drives him to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Chris Nitardy
Project Manager
With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Chris possesses extensive expertise in residential construction, honed through his work as a home builder, exterior contractor, and remodeler. Chris is a proud father of four and a devoted grandfather of three.
Ryan Engle
Sales Manager
After years of working behind the scenes, Ryan realized he missed direct customer interaction. He transitioned into sales and quickly excelled, driven by his strong communication skills, relationship management, and expertise in project planning and sales growth. An outdoor enthusiast and sports fan, you can find him enjoying a local hockey game, out on the lake or exploring the woods with his dog, Ben.
Luke Fernandez
Owner
At just 15, Luke started his own landscaping company, which later led to co-founding a painting business with Alex—eventually evolving into Alexander Home Services. His passion for problem-solving and dedication to both work and family continue to drive him, ensuring the best possible experience for every client. Luke is a proud husband and father of four.
